David and his wife, Sandy, have proudly owned and operated the agency since 1991, when David purchased the business—then known as Hoffmann Casualty Agency—from his longtime mentor, Carroll "Udo" Hoffmann.

With more than 40 years of experience, David has built his reputation on a simple philosophy: do what is right. His coverage-first approach focuses on protecting what matters most—not just offering the lowest price. Known for his honesty and straightforward advice, he believes in telling clients what they need to hear, not simply what they want to hear.

Deeply rooted in the New Braunfels community, David values the lifelong relationships he's been fortunate to build and remains committed to giving back to the community he proudly calls home.
